These terms govern your use of Argo, a service provided by Proxima Tech Inc. By creating an account or using Argo, you agree to these terms.

What Argo provides

Argo helps you organize observations about your dog, notice patterns, and consider manageable next steps. Its guidance is informational and may be incomplete or wrong. You remain responsible for decisions about your dog.

Not professional or emergency care

Argo is not a veterinarian, trainer, behaviorist, or emergency service. Contact a qualified professional when safety, health, or serious behavior concerns are involved. Contact local emergency services or an emergency veterinarian for urgent situations.

Your account and content

Keep your sign in secure and provide information you have the right to share. You keep ownership of your content. You give us permission to process it only as needed to operate, secure, and improve Argo as described in the privacy policy.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to access another person's data, interfere with its operation, upload unlawful content, or use Argo to harm people or animals.

Service changes

We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of Argo. We may also limit access when needed for security, legal compliance, or to prevent harm.

Disclaimers and liability

Argo is provided as available without guarantees that every response, memory, or recommendation is accurate. To the extent allowed by law, Proxima Tech Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Ending your use

You may stop using Argo or start account deletion at any time. Access ends when deletion begins. Account data remains inaccessible for 30 days before permanent deletion as described in the privacy policy. We may suspend or end access for a serious violation of these terms.
