Argo is made by Proxima Tech Inc. This policy explains what we collect, why we use it, who helps us process it, and the choices you have.

Information you share

We collect your account email and identifiers, your dog's profile, conversations, observations, goals, plans, photos, and voice notes. We also store the memories and guidance Argo creates from what you share.

Information created while you use Argo

We collect product interactions, device and diagnostic information, and records needed to operate, secure, and improve the service. We do not use your dog's information for advertising and we do not sell personal information.

Website analytics

If you allow analytics on our public website, Google Analytics helps us understand visits, traffic sources, and whether people complete key actions. Microsoft Clarity helps us find confusing interactions. We use strict masking so visible text and form contents are obscured, and advertising storage stays disabled. We do not send names, email addresses, dog names, or the behavior description you enter to either service. You can change this choice using Analytics preferences in the website footer.

How we use information

We use it to provide your companion, remember useful context, create personalized plans and pet artwork, transcribe voice notes, protect the service, respond to support requests, and improve quality and safety.

Services that help us operate Argo

Amazon Web Services provides authentication, email, storage, compute, and operational databases. Google Cloud provides analytics and memory processing through BigQuery. OpenAI processes language, audio, and images for companion responses, transcription, and personalized pet artwork. Apple provides sign in and app distribution. These providers process information for us under their applicable terms and security controls.

Retention and deletion

We keep account and dog information while your account is active. You can delete your account and dog data inside the app from About your dog. When deletion begins, access to the account ends immediately and the account data becomes inaccessible. We retain the dog profile, conversations, memories, plans, uploaded media, and derived records for 30 days, then permanently delete them from our operational database, media storage, and BigQuery data stores. Limited security logs may remain for up to fourteen days after their creation. If you joined the invitation list without creating an account, email us to remove that entry.

Your choices

You can review and correct what Argo remembers, remove individual memories, sign out, or delete your account. You may also contact us to request access, correction, or deletion.

Safety and children

Argo offers everyday informational guidance. It is not veterinary care, a diagnosis, or emergency support. Argo is not directed to children under thirteen.
